The third annual meeting of members of the Auckland Land and Estate Agents and Auctioneers' Association will be held in the Chamber of Commerce on Friday evening. The report of the executive to be submitted at the meeting states that the membership now shows a total of 129. As a. result of the war, the stringency of the money market has had a prejudicial effect on transactions in real estate.
