SERVIANS IN ALRANIA.

PUNITIVE EXPEDITION.

NO POLITICAL SIGNIFICANCE. Rome, June 21. The idea of an Austro-Servian arrangement is unfounded. The arrival of Servians at Durazzo, the capital of Albania, might be considered an attempt to prejudice the Powers later in any discussion of the Albanian question. Servia explains her invasion of Albania as being purely military, with no political significance. The desire is to put an end to the activity of bands, under Austro-Turkish leaders, who are stirring up trouble throughout Albania, and threatening the Servian frontier.
