UNSATISFACTORY BOOTS.
FIRM'S TENDERS DEBARRED
Perth, June 19.
The Defence Department has debarred a certain firm from sending in further tenders for the supply of soldiers' boots. Employees working at the factory state that not an ounce of bad material was used in the boots complained of.
