The power of the new Minister for Munitions, Mr. Lloyd George, has been officially defined. He is "to organise the sources of supply and the labour, available for the supply of munitions, whereof the supply is t\» be wholly or partly undertaken by the transfer to him, as may be agreed with h. the Department or authority concerned, of functions in the! matter of general ordnance, or .by : those connected with . Woolwich •or < other Government arsenals, or small' arms J factories." '. '
