London*, June 17. The Agent-General for New South Wales, Sir T. A. Coghlan, is being succeeded by ths Hon. B. R. Wise, a former AttorneyGeneral of New South Wales. Sir T. A. Coghlan will retire on Saturday. He has accepted the chairmanship of the War Office Trade Committee.
