■MOSAIC INJUNCTION."
Sir, —In your report of the Arbitration Court dispute in connection with the wages oi milkmen reference is made to an allowance of a quart of milk, which, according to a statement of Mr. Hosser, is taken by r.he men when it is not allowed to them. In reply to further questions, he says it is not dishonest, it is the Mosaic injunction. Would he kindly explain and show the Mosaic injunction to which he refers? S. ~\. Go.LDf.TEl>'.
