Xkw York, April 4. A receiver has been appointed to manage the affairs if the International Mercantile Marine Company, the organisation started by Mr. J. P. Morgan, and comprising British. American, and Belgiau steamship lines. The war has diminished the company's earnings. British subsidiary companies are not affected.
