HOLIDAY FOR SIR E. GREY.
MR. ASQUITH TAKES CHARGE London, April 2. Mr. Asquith has taken over the control of foreign affairs for three weeks while Sir Edward Grey goes holidaying. Hitherto Sir Edward has not enjoyed short rests such as the othor Cabinet Ministers secured.
