BRITAIN'S HEAT SUPPLY.
ADVISORY COMMITTEE. DOMINION REPRESENTATIVES. London, March 31. The Board of Trade has appointed a committee, including Mr. Thomas Mackenzie, High Commissioner for New Zealand, Sir Thomas Robinson, Agent-General for Queensland, and Sir Montague Nelson, of the wellknown frozen meat firm, to consider questions arising in connection with any surplus of Australian lamb and mutton purchased for the Imperial authorities-
