Tin; Public Service Commissioner lias announced that ho has appointed Mr. V Richard Erabazon Morris, Chief Postpiaster of church, to the position of \Ghief Inspector of the Post and Telegraph Department-: Mr. Morris is to take up his duties at- an early date. The present holder of the position, Mr. David . Miller, is retiring 011 superannuation.
