WELSH CHURCH BILL.
MODIFICATION URGED. FEELING IN WAR TIME. (Received January 19. 1 a.m.) London, January IS.
Remarkable progress is being made with the obtaining of signatures to a memorial asking that, in view of the war, the Welsh Disestablishment Bill be modified so as to prevent the Church being deprived or endowments. Many prominent Free Churchmen are supporting the movement.
