Natal, and other South African Stales may be posted at the Chief Post Office up to IS minutes before the steamer sails, but not later than "45 m. Late letters for mails beyond the Dominion cannot in future Be posted on the steamer They must be posted in the late letter box at the Chief Post Office up to the appointed time shown on the mail notice.
