The annual meeting of :] le iirn ell Amateur Swimming ('bib was lieid last week, when Mr. ('. E. Palmer presided over a fair attendance. The annual report and balance-sheet, which was adopted, showed the club with a balance of 10 Is <Jd on its first season's operations. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year:-} Mr. C. ,1. Parr; president, Mr. K. fc>. Hrjl«: vice-presidents, same as last year, with the addition ol Messrs L S-(«l.ridea and B. L . McCabo. auditors,' Messrs. P. 1,. eraser and A. 0. Buchanan h0... secretary, Mr. A. Tw.name-. Hon. treasurer. Mr. I-. Hampton: delegates to Auckland Centre. X.Z.S.A.. Messrs. J Fra--er B L. McCabe and A Twiname; club captain, Mr. E. L. Barker; general committee Messrs. J. Iraser. E. L Barker A. 1). Bines R. l-raser. J. Brown. H. G Chevia. and L Barker. .Several new members were elected and everything points to the club ha"'n" a very successful season. ' °
