London, July 15. The newspaper John Bull publishes a document purporting to bo signed by Jack. Johnson, 13 which he agreed to give Frank Moran, the American heavy-weight, 40 per cent, of the receipts of their recent fight in Paris provided Moran lost in eight rounds. Mr. J. McKetrick, Moran's manager, ad' mits that ho wag willing to promise anything to get Johnson into tho ring.' , All the talk about the big money put up was a pure " fako^ 1 for publicity purposes. Johnson was provided with £600 for expenses, and only realised that he was tricked whon Moran fought in earnest.
