CHEERS FOR SIR THOMAS.

Times and Sydney Sun Services. London, July 15. The .annual meeting of shareholders of Lipton's, Ltd., to-day was vory rowdy. Sir Thomas Lipton was in the chair. Shareholders took cxception to the company being debited with tho cost 9 in the canteen case, and urged that Sir Thomas, instead of yachting, should pay more attention to tho business of the company.

The reports and accounts were adopted, and before the meeting dispersed cheers wero given for Sir Thomas, somebody shouting "Never mind the company, bring back the cup." , . x
