NATIONALIST ULTIMATUM.
Times and Sydnoy Sun Services. (Received July IG, 5.50 p.m.) London, July 15. Thd opinion prevails in Belfast that nothing will result from the forthcoming conference which is the reason of Sir Edward Carson's sudden call to London.
The traders in Carrickonshannon have decided to boycott the Belfast merchants if Ulster persists in her opposition to Home Rule.
The Nationalist leaders have privately expressed to the Government their determination not to agree to any further concessions.
