MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
DOG THAT WAS LOST.
Judgment was given by Mr. C. C. Kettle, S.M., at tho Magistrate's Court yesterday, in the caso in which John D. Hayes, master marinor, of Auckland (Mr. R. A. Singer), claimed the sum of £7 5s from E. T. Hedloy, storekeeper, of Mount Eden (Mr. M. D. Mahony), for the loss of a dog. Evidcnco in the caso was to the effect that the dog was lost when defendant took it out after rabbits.
Alter reviewing the evidcnco, His Worship gave judgment for the defendant.

Orders for immediate payment, subject to various terms of suspension of the warrants, were made in the following judgment summons cases William Massey v.
