New Zealand beef, forequarters 3 7-16 d, hindquarters 4 7-16 d. Australian sheep, light, heavy, 3|d; ewes, 3jd. South American beef, frozen foTequarters 3 7-16 d, hindquarters 4gd; chilled, forequarters 3|d, hindquarters 6Jd. Other meats are unchanged. RABBITS. Rabbits are dull, and nominally unchanged. , HIDES. . Tho hide market is dull, and with an easier tendency all round.
, BUTTER AND EGGS, Tho wholesale quotations for butter and eggs for the week ending June 13 are as follows:—Butter, factory Is por lb, farmers' 8d per lb. Hen eggs, Is 4d; duck eggs, Is 2d. CHRISTCHURCH MEAT COMPANY. DIVIDEND NOW PAYABLE. An interim dividend at the rate of eight per cent, per annum fo r tho halfyear ended April 30, 1914, has been declared payable to shareholders in tho Christchurch Meat Company, Ltd. Warrants are now payable at tho Bank of New Zealand, Christclwrch, and the various branches of tho bank throughout the Dominion.
