The inquest in connection with the death of the two small children, Richard aid Rachel Corban, who were drowned on Tuesday in a creek which flows into Cox's Creek, Grey Lynn, wa6 held at the mortuary vesterdav, before Mr. F. V. Frazer S.M. ' ' v: .:

Though it was not suggested that, the children had approached from the Hinemoa Road side of the culvert it appeared that there was a danger, because there was no fence. Though it must be realised that children were apt to go through fences if frogs could be had. he considered that a - fence should be put up where it Was necessary.
