FALSE DECLARATIONS s OF BIRTH. [BY Telegraph.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] W Ellington, ednesday. Two young married" womlfen, living apart from their husbands, were charged 'in the Magistrate's Court. to-day with having made false declarations in registering births of children by stating in eaoh case that the husband was the father, whereas in eaoh case proceedings were subsequently taken against another man, who was adjudged the putative father. The women were committed to the Supreme Couxt for sentence
