The barometer has been unsteady, with a fulling tendency The winds have been van ablo, with moderate to strong northorl'es predominating. The weather has been very warm and humid, and there was a heavy rainfall during the night in Westland, and showers in the Southern districts.'
TODAY'S FORECAST Present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere, with warm and .humid conditions, and increasing cloudiness. General ruin is likely to follow before the, end of the week, and strong northerly winds, will probably prevail.
