"What's the next best thing to do.' We iinhestital iiialv answer, "Take a ride in the (Jti.i Lift" to the Tower, at the entrance to the Palace of Industries." I'rom there it will be possible to have not only a full view of tho Exhibition grounds, arid what i.i taking place therein, but it will be possible to see Lieutenant Hammond manoeuvring Ins aeroplane. Visitors to the Tower nuiv use, free of charge, the powerful flest-ope, by means of wnich it will he possible to see the aeroplane distinctly at a distance of 10 miles.
