MEMORIAL TO SOLDIERS. CEREMONY AT WHATAWHATA. ' [ST WLXORATH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Whatawhata, Tuesday. Errjcrarn: iTrangements are being made for the entertainment of the visitors, on Thursday afternoon, to the unveiling of / the memorial tablet to the soldiers who were barfed in the local cemetery during . the Maori war. General Qodley has informed the committee that he, with many of the officers now engaged in the staff ride at Cambridge, will be present. A large number of visitors from Hamilton is expected, while it is anticipated that the Trramu Squadron 4th Waikato Mounted Rifles will also bo present.
