J The Cheltenham Swimming Club has ° arranged its third carnival of the season a for Saturday, February 7. The races will o be swum at Cheltenham Beach, and the following events are to be contested o 50yds handicap (boys under 15), 36yde 2 handicap (girls under 16), 36yds ladies' i handicap, 50yds " old sports'" handicap, b 50yds Cheltenham handicap, and 100 yds a handicap (Hart Cup). a The 100 yds handicap is the second of t two races swum annually for the Hart 1 Cup, The first race, a 220 yds handicap, n was swum on January 24, and resulted c in a win for T. H. Masters (335). with C n Sinton (8s) second, and M. E. Champion i, (scr) third.
