DEY-SIEVIER CASE
PROCEEDINGS WITHDRAWN. By Telegraph Press Associa'Jon—Copyright. (Received January 20, 6 p.m.) London, January 19The proceedings have been withdrawn in which a bookmaker named T. H. Dey sued R. S. Sievier, of the Winning Post, for libel. Sievier withdrew the imputations leading to the prosecution, and both agreed- to abstain from mutual libels and attacks. The Judge concurred and Sievier was accordingly discharged.
