EUGENIC MARRIAGES.

New York, January 4. A eugenic marriage law passed in the State of Wisconsin requires the medical examination of both applicants for a license, and became operative with the New Year.
The State officials have been besieged by crowds of persons seeking permits to evade the Act. Those who are unsuccessful intend to get married in the neighbouring States, where the law is less stringent.
