St. Petersburg, January 2. A new espionage law just passed forbids newspapers from publishing details of any changes in the equipment of the army and navy, the arming of warships, the strength of fortresses and the results of the manoeuvres, and test mobilisations on the frontiers. Many other details are forbidden.
