IMPERIAL IMMIGRATION.
LACK OF ORGANISATION. By Telegraph—Press Association— (Kecei.-ed September 4. 11.65 p.m.) London, September 4. A special article on " Imperial Immigration" appears in the Daily Telegraph to-day. This points out that Great Britain has no system of organisatfion for obtaining suitable emigrants to the colonies, and advocates the establishment of an Imperial Department of Emigration under a special Minister of the Crown to co-operate with the overseas offices and co-ordinate with the existing departments and associations in Britain.
