DIPHTHERIA PATIENT ON TRAIN. [BY TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] ■ ' Temabu, Tuesday. The Hospital Board ..to-day resolved to prosecute a young woman for travelling by rail ; when suffering from, diphtheria. Two doctors, members of the board, said this was a very serious matter. The young woman did not know she was ill and. a source of infection. The resolution stated that a penalty was not to be asked, the action being merely a means of warning others. ,- : - ' ~ •
