The Bulgarian Government will reply to-morrow on behalf of the Balkan allies, to the communication received from the Powers in regard to the question of peace. The Mir (a semi-official organ) states that the allies have agreed to accept mediation, but that they will insist upon the payment of an indemnity by Turkey. The Bulgarian Government has been awaiting Servia's reply before replying to the Powers. RETREAT OF BULGARIANS. * WHITE FLAG HOISTED: 120 PRISONERS CAPTURED. (Received March 13, 12-20 a.m.) London, March 12. The latest report from Salonika states that the Bulgarians retreated from Nigrita. Four companies of Greeks pursued them and burned khe bridges across the river. The Bulgarians hoisted the white Sag, and 120 prisoners were captured. The Greeks lost 15 killed and 40 grounded.
