' In the Probate Court to-day, during the hearing: of the suit for the revocation of a codicil to the will of Miss Maria Mattingley, in favour of Dr. Bryan, her grand-nephew, the latter stated that Miss' Mattingley was neglected, and suffering from cancer. He cleared out the servants and arranged for the house to be cleaned. The bequest was due to Miss Mattingley' s gratitude. She afterwards suffered from delusions, and became insane shortly before- death.
