London, February 19. The Roman Catholics of Glossop (Derbyshire), led by Canon Harkins, threaten to refuse to continue to .pay rates unless "Westward Ho!"' is withdrawn from the schools. Monsignor Robert Benson (the well-known Catholic writer) supports the claim for the withdrawal of the book. •'■■■'
