MEXICAN REVOLUTION.
WSADIERO TO BE EXILED. CESSATION OF FIGHTING. CONGRESS TO BE SUMMONED. By Telegraph.— Association.— (Received February. 20, 11.5 p.m.) . Mexico City, February 20. General. Htjerta, who has been appointed .by the insurrectionist party as Provisional President of Mexico, has ordered ex-President Madero (who has been arrested) to be exiled,, Arrangements are being made •to despatch him to Vera Cruz, where he will embark for Europe. The members of the Cabinet have been released. Gustav Madero,, brother of the deposed President,, has been executed by the order of General Diaz. Fighting ceased after Madero' s capture, and a feu de joie resounded through the streets during the entire night.
Vice-President Suarez has been arrested, and is closely guarded. The rebels, after the declaration of peace, burned the office of the chief Government newspaper.
