That Article 102 of the Articles of Association of the Company bo altered by Striking out and cancelling the words in brackets in sub-clauso (41 of the said Articles ("other than companies carrying on insurance business of any kind"), and by adding the words associations or societies after the words " limited companies." RESOLUTION NO. 4. ■"-'■ That Article' 103 of the Articles of Association of the Company be cancelled and the following Article substituted, to be numbared 103:— "The Directors may with the sanction of the Company in General Meeting declare a dividend to be paid to the members upon the amount paid up or duly credited as paid up on each share, and they. may. with the like sanction declare arid pay a bonus to the members. The Directors may also from time ;to time pay to the members such, interim dividends upon the amount paid nn "or duly credited as paid np on each share as appeal to i the Directors to be justified by the profits and position of the Company." RESOLUTION NO. 5 That.Article 108 of the Articles of Association of the Company be altered by inserting the words "or bonus:" after the word " dividend" in the first line, and tho words *'on bonuses" alter the word "dividends" in the second line. RESOLUTION NO. 6. That Article 151 of the Articles of Association of tho Company be cancelled and the following Article substituted, to bo numbered 131;. Any notice sent- by post shall be deemed to have been served on the day following tlfe day on which the envelope or wrapper containing the same shall have i-een posted, and in proving such Venice it shall be sufficient to prove that the .envelope or .wrapper containing the notice was properly addressed and put into the post office.
