PLOT AGAINST KATSURA.

DISCOVERED IN RUSSIA. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— Vienna, July 24. Advices received here from St. Petersburg state that the police have discovered a plot by Coreans in Russia to assassinate Prince Katsura. Prince Katsura (ex-Premier of Japan), accompanied by Baron Goto (an ex-Minis-ter), recently left Japan on a diplomatic visit to Europe. They had reached St. Petersburg when the news of the serious illness of the Mikado resulted in their deciding to return to Japan instead of continuing their mission, which, it was arranged, should include a visit to England.
