OUTRAGE BY A BRIGAND. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— ' (Received July 25, 11.20 p.m.) Constantinople, July 25. Four Christians and three Musselmans, who were cutting wood in the Razlog forest, have been slaughtered by a notorious brigand named Tchernopeyelf, who alleged that they were not provided with his license.
