SOME COMING CHANGES.

Colonel Fisiier, representing the headquarters staff of the Salvation Army in Melbourne, will ■ leave Wellington for Auckland to-morrow, in company with, Brigadier Bray, make- arrangements for the coming of the new commissioner for New, Zealand and: the; creation" of the Dominion as a separate territory, answerable only to London"; ""Brigadier Bray announces that Staff.Captain .Barnes,- who is now in charge of the inebriates' home on Roto Rod Wand, will take over the management of the Prison Gate"* Industrial Home of Christchurch, in place of Adjutant and Mrs. Stevens; have* been transferred to Australia.; Adjutant Haines, who has had 16 years' experience in all branches of the army, has been selected by Commissioner Hay to take charge of Roto Roa Island. He will be installed into the new position this week. . Brigadier Bray is likely to remain in New Zealand. The headquarters of the array for New Zealand are to be established in Wellington, with four centres for district control. ■.—:---.—;--.- -J
