The report stated that the past season had been a successful one. The balance-shceto showed a credit ot £7 9s 4d. Officers were elected as under: —Patron, Dr. Galligan: president, Mr. C. Cornthwaite; 1 rice-presidents, Messrs. 11. Noonan, L. Glass, and J. Snell; secretary and treasurer, Mr. T. J. Martin. "
