PROCLAIMING AN AMNESTY.
Bj Telegraph.--Trcds Association.—Copyright. Constantinople, June 13. Siievket Pasha reports that the Albanian campaign has ended. Some of the insurgents have been driven to Montenegro, and others are hemmed between the River Setli and the border. The Turkish troops are avoiding further conflict, in the hope that an amnesty will shortly be proclaimed and accepted.
