The report to ho presented to the annual meeting of the Ngaruawahia Regatta Association on Monday states that this year's regatta was a record in every way. It is hoped to arrange for new war canoes for the next regatta. The committee recommends that the duty of Maori representative be undertaken by the secretary, which will prevent confusion. The balance Ui profit is £206 0s 9d. including £129 17s 8d from this year, and it is proposed to add. £175 t'; the amount at fixed deposit, mak» ing the total £425. and leaving £56 15a 7d to the current, account. The assets amouna to £696 Is Id. and the liabilities to £lf 13s 6d. ;
