Also, a Separate Rate of One Penny Halfpenny (lid) in the £ for lighting purposes, made under Section 109 of "Tho Road Boards Act. 1908,"; also, a Separate Rate of Twopence Farthing (2}d) in the £ under Section 29 of " The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1908"; together with a Special Rate of One Penny Halfpenny (ljd) in the £ to provide interest on Water Loan of £1800 raised under " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886," Amendment Act, 1899," and a Special Rate of One Penny One-eighth (lid) in the £ to provide Interest on Loan of £1454 for Drainage purposes raised tinder "The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1885,' " Amendment Act, 1899"; also a Special Rate of One Penny Farthing (lid) in tho £ to provide Interest on Loan of £1776 for Great North Road Formation and Extension of Drainage, raised tinder " Tho Local Bodies Loans Act. 1901." Such Rates to be payable together in one sum at tho Board's Office, Great North Road, on the 3rd day of July. 1911, where the Rate Book will be open for inspection daily from MONDAY TO FRIDAY (both days inclusive), 9 to 12; Saturday, 2 to 4. The Papakura, Town Board hereby gives notice:-— 1. That the Papakura Town Board proposes to engage in the following undertakings. namely: (a) The grading, forming, and metalling of portions of Station Road. Great South Road, Onslow Road, Ranfurly Road, and Boundary Road, in the Papakura Town District; (b) the replacing of two Bridges on Boundary Road, and (c) obtaining a supply of metal for the purposes of the Board. . 2. That the Papakura Town Board, heing unable to provide the necessary funds for such works,' or any of them, out of its ordinary revenue, proposes to borrow a sum not exceeding One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds, at a rate of interest not exceeding Three Pounds Ten Shillings per centum per annum. 3. That the proposed security for the repayment of such loan shall be an annually recurring special rate of six-thirteenths of a pennv in the £ on all the ratable property in the district, made and levied for the purpose of the loan. 4. That the Board, proposes to make such loan repayable by half-yearly instalments under the provisions of " The New Zealand State Guaranteed Advances Act, 1909." within thirtv-six and a-half years from the date it is borrowed, and 5. That the Board proposes to pay out of the loan such costs, charges, and expenses as til?
