— ♦■ — By Telegraph.— Association.— (Received November 20, 6.30 p.m.) New York, November 19. Following a dispute at the St. Loui3 Labour Convention John Carlson shot with a revolver John Howard, manager of the Electric Company of Chicago. Carlson has been arrested.
