LESSONS FROM GERMANY.
By Telegraph.—rress Association.— London, April 13. The Tariff Reform League is organising periodical visits of workingmen of all shades of politics, who will tour Germany to study social and labour problems. Sixty-two started to-day, and will visit 11 towns.
