CONCESSIONS AT GISBORNE.

London, April 4. J. M. Milfield's, Limited, are shortly, issuing the prospectus of the New Zealand Oilfields, Limited, with a capital of £200,000, of which they are issuing a million two shilling shares.
It is proposed to work 230 square miles of concessions in the neighbourhood of Gisborne.
