MERCER V. HUNTLY. "[FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.] The return cricket match, Mercer and District V. Huntly, was played at Huntly on Saturday afternoon under excellent weather conditions. The visitors* who batted first, -put up 103 runs, to which Shaw contributed 36, S. Vinson 21, and King 16, the first-named playing a capital game. Huntlv. whose team was rendered weak by the absence of several of the best players, responded with 52 for sis wickets, the call of time making •he match a draw.
