DEATH FROM A FALL.

••'; . Waiiii, Thursday. The young man George Roycroft, who fell from the agitating tank at the Grand Junction mine yesterday afternoon, and was conveyed to the Waihi Hospital in an unconscious state, died early this morning without regaining consciousness. Death was due to fracture of the base of the skull. An inquest will be held tomorrow.
