ALLEGED CARGO BROACHING.
[by telegraph, —press association,] Wellington, Thursday. Yesterday Mr. W. G. Riddell, S.M., heard the cases brought against five wharf labourers, Win. 'Albert Parker, James Swanson, .McMillan, Albia, Anderson, Hugh Neileon, and Hans Siversen, for" alleged broaching from the steamer Rippingham Grange. The charge against McMillan ' was dismissed. The others were committed to the Supreme Court for trial. .-.- ... . '
