LONG ARM OF THE LAW.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN* CORRESPONDENT.] Thames, Tuesday. Ax elderly man was arrested by Detective Cooney to-day on a charge of breaking and entering Bellamy's boot factory, Freeman',* Bay, Auckland, in August, 1907. Accused only arrived at the Thames a few days ago. The detective bad him undor. .surveillance, and when satisfied of his identity arrested him. He was remanded to Auckland.
