MINERS AND JUDGE SIM.
STRONGLY-WORDED RESOLUTION. [FROM OUR OWN* CORRESPONDENT.] ' HtJNTJvr, Tuesday. The following resolution lias been unanimously adopted by the Waikato Miners' Union:—"That this industrial union of workers, seeing the gross 'injustice done to the farm labourers of Canterbury by the refusal of an award by the Arbitration Court, and being convinced that such a decision could have been arrived at only by a complete disregard of the facts proved in evidence, and by an unreasonable and invincible bias against the workers, demands the immediate removal of Mr. Justice Sim from the Arbitration Court Bench. Further, this union desires to place.on record its strong conviction that the action of the Court in manifesting such ineptitude, incompetence, and weakness as are to be found in the decision in connection with the farm labourers' case, constitutes a grave menace- ,to the industrial welfare of the Dominion."
