The round voyage just completed by the Dundee barque Castor was of quite exceptional length, no less than four years one month and 12 days elapsing from the time she left Great Britain till her '.etum to Liverpool. Sailing from Greenock on May 4, 1904, for New York in ballast the Castor went thence to Java with case oil, afterwards to Kangaroo Island lot orders, thence to various ports on the Chili coast and Eastern United States. finally loading wheat home from Tacoma to the Mersey.
